Ok... this place had some serious problems when they started, but I'm happy to see that it looks like they've worked them out. I usually go in the morning and my wait time is short to reasonable. The orders are correct. The food is hot and pretty good. But most importantly, the staff is friendly, efficient, and make for a pleasant experience. Thank you!

Time for a mostly negative review. I'll start with the positive. The staff is usually very nice. The food is good when i do go. Ok, now into the negative. This restaurant is slower than molasses. The line is always backed up. People stay at the intercom FOREVER waiting on someone to help them. I'm one of those people. When I say slow and forever, this is EVERYTIME I go, which isn't too often, but now it'll be never because this was the icing on the cake. I pulled in one evening just to get a drink. I was second in line and the vehicle In front of me was sitting there at the intercom like he was waiting for an answer. After a few minutes, I saw him pull off, Circle the building and leave the parking lot
Adjacent to the drive thru. I pull up. I wait. I say hello? Hello? I pull up to the window where you get your food. Nobody. I hear someone talking very loud as if they're chatting on their phone with the bestie or bitching at a co worker. I lay on my horn. Yes. I did. I finally say hell with it and pull off. I am a very patient person but come on now. For those saying quit complaining if you have to wait.. well it's plain to see this worker just wasn't "working" like she was suppose to.. so don't get me started. Fast food has become slow and the quality has become crap. Now I know why I cook at home the majority of the time. Why should I pay for crappy slow service and continue to patronize a business who isn't putting in the work to change their faults and issues? MANAGEMENT: get. It. TOGETHER. There's no reason for service to be so damn slow and for workers to be sitting on their arse at work. If they want to sit around tell them to get a desk job-- they're workin for hangry folks!

Nope.  Live in the neighborhood and stopped in for breakfast.  3 minutes late and they wouldn't serve me.  First and last time there.  They want $15 an hour and they don't know how to treat a customer.  Good luck!!!!

I'm so disappointed in this unit. I called in the morning right after I left and I left two biscuits out of my order. Straight to a fax machine called back and hour later straight to a fax machine again and by the way when I left the first time there were seven employees and only for customers. Total disappointment and lack of upper management control by allowing the employees to dodge phone calls and avoid issues.  I just called again at night and the girl told me that it wasn't her problem I would need to call back during the daytime I said let me speak to a manager she said no were closed I said I've had a problem I need to talk to a manager and then she hung the phone up on me two thumbs down to this terribly run establishment. Btw business is definitely suffering due to the lack of customers.
Another very observation is the 100% ethnic staff has run off ALL of the "white" customers. I'm of American Indian & proud of it but, what is apparent is the T-Total prejudice attitude for NO good reason!
Corporate needs to be Woken Up to this tragedy

Until corporate fires the cancerous store manager I will not  manager, I wont step in the building.  She is just a festering pustule waiting to explode!

I really like the Hardee's steak biscuit, but the customer experience at this location is so poor it is not worthwhile.  I came by on Saturday at 8:50 AM to order ONLY a steak biscuit.  Nothing else.  The drive through was out to the street.  That should've been a clue because the last time I was here it took 15 minutes in the drive through to get my order.  So, inside I went.
....And there were six people in line.  Two waiting on their food, four in front of me in line and a bunch of apathetic employee's languishing around.  There was no efficiency in this operation.  I'm contrasting this to the McDonalds just a few hundred yards away across the street.  Literally before you can put the change in your wallet they are handing you your order.  McDonalds is incredibly fast, so hello Hardee's, it can be done.
I'm in line and it takes 9 minutes to get through the four in front of me to place my order.   The cashier is not engaged.  Order placed and there are three in front of me waiting for their food.  Did everyone have a complicated order?  I see the steak biscuit sitting in the rack.  But the cashier is not expediting orders, just taking them one at a time, so if an order ahead of you has to be prepared, you have to wait.  You have to wait another three minutes until the same steak biscuit that you see sitting there is shoved into a bag and shoved towards you.  Really, I do mean shoved....as in get the heck out of here.
Most of the customers were looking around at each other in confusion as to how poorly run this place was and speculating that they were short handed or someone did not come to work today.  But overall, even though I love their biscuit above Bojangles (next door), McDonalds (across the street) and Chick-Fil-A (immediately across the street), avoid this place unless you have a lot of time to kill.  It's ridiculous.
